You're not unique (and that's a good thing)

Every aspect of your life can be broken down into a very simple equation (aka the Model) involving thoughts, feelings, and actions. So, even if you think you're a hot mess, changing your life is as simple as 1+1+1 = 3. I can teach you the Model so you can change any aspect of your life.
Happiness is just a feeling
Once you realize that all of the negative emotions you are trying to avoid (stress, overwhelm, worry, anxiety, tired, etc.) are just feelings, then you can use the Model to figure out why you're feeling that way. The first step to fix something is to identify the problem. The emotions you want to feel (happiness, joy, calm, etc.) are also just feelings, which means they aren't out of your grasp – you just need to adjust your Model.
So is life coaching just about feeling better?
No, everything that you do (or don't do) is due to the feelings driving those actions (or inactions).
Ever try to change your life by changing your actions? Dieting, waking up early, budgeting, etc. You probably felt motivated at first, but then stopped doing these actions shortly after starting (think: New Years' Resolutions).
