Did you become a first responder because you want to help? To make a difference in the world? Sadly, many of us feel jaded and cynical after a few years. We spend every day dealing with the most challenging people and situations - the worst aspects of humanity - and it can take it's toll on how we view our role, our very purpose as a first responder.

The good news is that you can feel better about your work without having to change anything about it. You can still have managers that don't understand how your job works, co-workers that don't contribute to the team effort, and clients that don't appreciate your services. None of that needs to change in order for you to feel better about going into work every day.

You're capable of loving your job again. I can help you.
