Q: Is the coaching 1-on-1 or is it group coaching?
A: I provide 1-on-1 coaching. I want to make sure we get as much face time to help you get the results you want. I'll be with you every step of the way!
Q: Is the coaching online or in-person?
A: I coach online using Zoom. Don't worry if you're not familiar with Zoom! I'll send you a link which you just need to click on and follow the directions. If you have a webcam, then great - the sessions are more effective if we can see each other. No worries if you don't have a webcam though; you will still be able to use Zoom.
Q: What if I can't think of something in my life I want to discuss during a session?
A: That's not a problem - and, in fact, it's normal. As you train your brain, you'll have fewer issues on your mind. You don't need to "bring something to the session". You only need to bring yourself :) I'll ask questions and we'll explore your brain until you find an issue or self-limiting belief that you want to work on.
Q: How do I get started?
A: The first thing we want to do is schedule a discovery call. During this call, we'll discuss why you're interested in life coaching, what results you want, and how to get there from where you are now.
