Fulfillment isn't a destination
Fulfillment comes from the everyday journey of reaching your true potential. If you want to feel fulfilled again, then you need to re-create your everyday living. Choose a path that makes you come alive with excitement and determination.
But I don't have time for myself..
Between balancing work, family, kids, household chores, and everything else going on in your life.. taking time for yourself can seem daunting. It can even seem impossible. Where would you even find the time? Just thinking about adding anything else to your life seems exhausting.

What's inside Wellness Warrior Mindset
▹ We set up a discovery call so I can learn more about you
▹ We explore how you see each area of your life
▹ We explore what each area of your life would look like if it was a 10/10
▹ You choose which area of your life to focus on first
▹ I share how life coaching can help you achieve that 10/10 result
▹ We have ten 1-on-1 sessions to help you achieve your goals
▹ Our sessions will be guided by the specific curriculum for whichever area of your life you chose to focus on first
▹ Each curriculum offers basic life coaching (general theories, concepts, and tools), as well as advanced life coaching (theories, concepts, and tools specific to that area of life)
▹ You'll have the option to focus any given session on a different area of your life if it's more urgent at that time (e.g. argument with your spouse, experiencing a strong negative emotion, difficulty managing your kids during a Covid lockdown, etc.). I'll be there to help you with whatever you need!

Why you should choose me as your coach
My purpose is to prove to first responders that it's possible to thrive - not just survive - without having to quit their job.
I understand first responders because I've served as well. First responders choose our professions because of our intense desire to help others – to serve a higher purpose. We just want to make a difference in the world.
We deal with the worst human experiences including death and violence. We work 12+ hour shifts both day and night. We're on duty when our families are celebrating birthdays and Christmas. We give and give without asking for much in return. We tend to give so much to others that we forget to take care of ourselves.
That's why I'm here. I want to help you live a more fulfilling life through 1-on-1 coaching. I'll be with you every step of the way.
